Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers during the busy midday and evening hours.
  2. Merchandising: Maintain the store's appearance and stock during peak hours.
  3. Cash Handling: Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
  4. Safety and Security: Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening.
  6. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and assist in inventory processes.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in some states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
