Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance to lead our compliance team. Key Responsibilities:

1. State Regulator Contract Form Submissions & Approvals

Manage the submission and approval process for company forms (consumer contracts) across all product programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Develop and maintain relationships with state regulator personnel using our CRM system, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Communicate changes or additions to the list of state-approved forms to relevant company personnel, ensuring seamless operations.

Maintain a comprehensive database of state form approvals, providing clarity on which states allow each form.

2. Lender Contract Form Submissions & Approvals

Oversee the submission and approval process for company forms (consumer contracts) with lenders across all product programs, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.

Cultivate and manage relationships with lender personnel through our CRM, fostering strong partnerships.

Inform relevant company personnel of any changes or additions to the list of lender-approved forms, ensuring timely updates.

Maintain an accurate database of lender approvals, including state-specific permissions for each form.

3. State Licensing & Registrations

Maintain all required State or Federal licenses/registrations for the company, its affiliates, and personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Complete and submit annual reports and renewals in a timely manner, avoiding any potential issues.

Develop and manage a database of all governmental departments requiring company licensing, tracking contact information, licensing types, requirements, and statuses.

4. General Support Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining the database of all current forms available for use, including qualifying criteria, and communicate updates to company personnel as needed.

Participate in compliance meetings and conference calls with relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.

Experience in regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of success.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements, with the ability to navigate complex regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining detailed databases, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
