Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Assist customers in finding products and services, and provide information on promotions and events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting periodic inventory counts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, peers, and management.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, or have lived in the U.S. for at least three years.
