Job Details

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in San Marcos, Texas.

This is a local contract position, offering a unique opportunity to work with students in a school setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in education or equivalent experience, a Texas SLP License, and American Heart Association BLS certification.

American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification is also preferred.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $42-$45.50, with a $3,000 assignment bonus available for qualified candidates.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Supplemental Health Care, you will work closely with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team.

You will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans.

Our Speech-Language Pathologists are expected to establish a positive learning environment, providing response to intervention for the needs of each student.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Texas SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School Experience is Preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
