The Senior HR Generalist at Hearthside Food Solutions is responsible for driving our culture of teamwork and engagement. This strategic leader will oversee the development of our Hearthside Performance Systems (HPS) and lead initiatives to improve our annual Opinion Survey results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
2. Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
3. Collaborate with temporary labor agencies to ensure adequate staffing.
4. Manage performance and talent management processes to build bench strength for succession planning.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a related field; 3-5 years HR experience in a high-performance ISO or world-class manufacturing environment. Experience with Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
