Operations Manager at Feldco

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system to streamline contracts, appointments, and customer delight programs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, leveraging the latest technology and innovations.
  • Lead a safe, secure, and positive work environment, overseeing performance reviews and staff development.
  • Ensure employees adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
