Schedule Overview: Schedule to be determined - standard 35 patient contact hours weekly, open to candidates from Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Your Responsibilities:You will be tasked with assessing and managing a diverse patient population to ensure effective care for injuries, disease prevention, accurate diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. You will prescribe and administer medications, conduct routine vaccinations, and offer guidance on personal health and wellness. You will also order necessary tests, arrange follow-up appointments, and refer patients to specialists when needed.
Ideal Candidates Are:
- Graduates with an M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is appreciated but not mandatory
- Licensed by the relevant state medical board
- Collaborative professionals who thrive in leading care teams with a focus on patient needs
- Committed to delivering high-quality primary care, ensuring availability to patients and addressing their medical and social requirements
- Motivated to support individuals with comorbidities, the elderly, and/or underserved populations
- Enthusiastic about their profession and invigorated by being part of a rapidly expanding organization
