About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN - Surgery and PACU to join our team at Providence Swedish. As a Surgical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the PACU setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs in the PACU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of experience in Surgery and PACU nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
