- Design, execute, and refine clinical operational strategies.
- Evaluate and revise patient care plans as necessary.
- Delegate responsibilities and manage caregiver teams.
- Supervise the provision of care and make critical admission decisions.
- Guide and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and documentation protocols.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and caregivers.
- Engage in marketing and sales activities to promote services.
- Oversee clinical staff performance and conduct evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for performance enhancement and implement improvements.
- Review documentation from case managers to guarantee care quality.
- Participate in professional associations and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
- Possess a current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including one year in a management role within home care or hospice settings.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $76,800 to $105,800
