We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Concierge Home Care. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising home health services to patients in place of residence by physician orders and strive to provide the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with accepted professional standards and principles
- Follow Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees
- Maintain compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures
- Review clinical documentation and maintain current knowledge of all Medicare, Federal, Insurance, Company, and Hospital guidelines, policies, and protocols
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Two years of experience in nursing preferred
- Minimum of six months experience in skilled, geriatric home health care
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation, required
- Acceptance of the philosophy and goals of the Agency
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
- Ability to work with individuals to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal
