About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at Barton Creek Square in Austin, TX. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing customers with a personalized experience and insight into our products.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, showcasing our products' features, fabrics, and benefits.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Provide training and feedback to team members on customer experience and sales expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and enhance the customer's purchase journey.
  • Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge and sales support to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
