About the Role:
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
- Provide support with ambulation and mobility, ensuring residents' safety and comfort.
- Assist with meal preparation and delivery, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including making beds, turning down linens, and maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Document and report significant changes in residents' conditions to the Director of Nursing.
- Participate in emergency response and disaster preparedness efforts.
