Freight Broker

Beemac Logistics is seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating rates, and managing a portfolio of freight shipments. • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive business growth
• Negotiate rates and manage freight shipments to meet customer needs
• Utilize CRM and TMS systems to track and manage customer data
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight shipments
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Freight Broker or Transportation Solutions Provider
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
