Freight Broker

Beemac Logistics is seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team. As a Freight Broker with Beemac, you will have access to a network of nearly 600 trucks and over 40,000 carrier partners, providing you with the resources you need to succeed.

• Manage a portfolio of customers and carriers to maximize revenue and growth
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure competitive pricing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to drive business growth
• Utilize CRM and TMS systems to track and manage customer and carrier interactions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Freight Broker or Transportation Solutions Provider
• Established customer base and proven track record of success
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM and TMS systems
