The Spot Welder is a critical member of our production team, responsible for producing high-quality aerospace parts using various welding equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate resistance welding equipment to assemble and fabricate jet engine components
  • Deburr parts using handheld tools to ensure smooth finishes
  • Clean and wash parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt, and debris
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards through adherence to our Quality Management System
  • Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to resolve operational and performance issues

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary CNC education preferred
