Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Catheterization Technician to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As a Catheterization Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures, preparing patients, and operating equipment to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing patients and operating equipment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist the medical team during procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Document procedure details accurately and maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care in the cath lab.
Requirements
- CCT (Cardiovascular Catheterization Technician) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- 2 years of recent Cardiovascular Cath Lab Techn experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
