Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, including both full-time employees and external vendors.
  • Capability to initiate projects from the ground up, encompassing project charters, plans, resource allocation, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master.
  • Collaborative approach in working with IT partners, business units, and vendors to understand and refine business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
  • Leadership in the design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT application systems and infrastructure solutions to meet current and future business demands.
  • Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies within an Agile framework, ensuring smooth project operations and providing team members with the necessary tools for efficient work.
  • Execution of the product backlog as directed by the product owner, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Guidance for software engineers and vendor partners on design patterns as required.
  • Verification of solutions to ensure alignment with specifications and fulfillment of business and technical requirements.
  • Support and interface with internal or external support teams to resolve business and technical issues effectively and promptly.
  • Adherence to project delivery methodologies, tools, frameworks, and IT governance.
  • Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Agile tools, such as Jira.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle, with the ability to adapt this knowledge in a dynamic Agile environment.
  • Utilization of a data-driven approach in decision-making processes, both in daily operations and in assisting others with strategic choices.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of leading teams through uncertainty to resolve challenges and achieve results.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills conducive to effective collaboration in a cross-functional setting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail-oriented execution.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with both senior executives and team members across technical and non-technical domains.
