We are seeking a skilled RN Nurse Float Pool to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards
- Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence
- Participate in the development of and maintain established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives
- Accredited School of Nursing Required
- Minimum one year of nonacute care RN experience or 6 months of Acute Care RN experience required
- Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support Required Upon Hire
This role requires the ability to lift patient handling no greater than 35 lbs. without the use of assistive equipment and/or devices. You will also need to perform hands-on CPR at least 20 minutes using lbs. of force.
