Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foundry Supervisor to join our team at MetalTek's Wisconsin Centrifugal facility in Waukesha. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the 3rd shift operation, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and non-conforming parts
  • Manage direct reports, providing training and guidance to achieve departmental goals
  • Implement lean manufacturing and 5S programs to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of foundry experience
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Undergraduate Engineering degree or equivalent in Foundry-related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word
