Position Overview

As a Lead Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $25.50 per hour, with additional tips. We have part-time roles available, providing flexibility in your schedule. Please note that benefits are not included at this time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport and load customers' belongings at their residences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service as the face of Clutter.
  • Supervise a team of helpers to complete multiple moving and storage tasks daily.
  • Utilize our mobile application to scan and categorize items efficiently.
  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure quality service on every job.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination is required.
  • Availability on weekends is essential.
  • Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Experience in moving, warehouse operations, or customer service is preferred.
