LPN Job Opportunity at ProMedica Health System

We are seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Bath in Akron. This role offers a $5,000 Sign On Bonus and a range of benefits, including no mandate to stay over for shift coverage, referral bonuses, Daily Pay, and more.

Job Summary

The LPN will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care and coordinating care delivery to ensure resident needs are met. This role requires 2-3 years of clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinate care delivery
  • Ensure resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice
  • Read and interpret thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities
Requirements
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience
  • Gerontological nursing experience preferred
