Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Northshore. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiology equipment to obtain high-quality radiographs used by physicians to detect and treat breast cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position patients and adjust x-ray equipment to correct settings for each examination
  • Evaluate film quality and perform related office duties as necessary
  • Test radiologic equipment and maintain quality assurance records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients and hospital staff
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school in Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT Mammography certification and current ARRT registration
  • Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency license
  • One-year experience as a general radiographer preferred
