Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nurse Aide. In this role, you will work closely with our certified nursing assistants to ensure that residents receive the care and support they need.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with eating and drinking as needed, ensuring their nutritional and hydration needs are met.
- Provide support to unit staff throughout the shift, responding to call lights and wanderguard alarms, and assisting with various tasks as defined by the charge nurse.
- Recognize changes in residents' behavior and report them to the supervisory nurse, understanding the importance of good nutrition and hydration.
- Follow universal precautions, proper infection control, sanitation, and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Less than 1 year of recent relevant experience (preferred)
