Be a change agent for the National AM team working on key initiatives that impact the larger MiQ team. Work with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions. Communicate clearly and persuasively to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders. Proactively seek opportunities to go above and beyond for clients. Strategize within the AM department and sellers in pre and post-sale periods to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes, or ways of working. What you'll bring: Minimum 4-6 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience. Experience with Programmatic Advertising is highly preferred. Proficient in Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek MDX, Salesforce, and Atlassian (JIRA). Adept understanding of the advertising industry, and a curiosity of what the future holds. Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem and the vendor-agency-advertiser dynamic. Competitive 'winning' mentality. Experience working with Tier 1 agency and client direct clientele. Commercial experience - clear evidence of servicing advertisers to a high standard and growing business from 'one-time deals' to strategic partnerships measured through revenue and/or business line growth. Proven ability to improve internal processes and share knowledge across internal/external stakeholders. Involvement in a high energy work environment with ability to deliver on tight deadlines. A+ presentation skills with the ability to turn data points into a compelling media story. Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members. Pay Transparency For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
