Compensation:$81,500+ at plan annually
Key Responsibilities:- Be an adaptable, organized team player keen on pursuing training and educational growth.
- Tailor financial strategies for each client based on their professional circumstances, life stages, and evolving financial requirements.
- Offer strategic advice on products, plans, investments, and other avenues to assist clients in reaching their financial aspirations.
- Establish, nurture, and secure robust relationships with new clients by acting as their trusted financial consultant.
- Assess cash flow, income, financial standing, goals, assets, and all other financial aspects related to wealth management to aid clients in defining and achieving their financial objectives.
- A foundational understanding of the role of a financial advisor or consultant, along with an interest in the financial sector and its products, is essential.
- While not mandatory, holding a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is advantageous.
- Exceptional mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service for both existing and prospective clients.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is highly preferred.
