Job Description

This role involves working in a warehouse environment, directing product to its proper destination, preparing necessary paperwork, and maintaining equipment.

  • Prepare and forward required documentation to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Notify the Lettershop Manager or Shift Supervisor of any damaged products.
  • Maintain equipment on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance.
  • Alert the Shift Supervisor to any equipment needs or supply requirements.
  • Follow instructions and take directions from the Lettershop Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Lettershop Leads as needed.
  • Predict and resolve problems independently in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a courteous demeanor when interacting with employees and customers.
  • Complete paperwork in a timely manner and adhere to safety and attendance policies.
Working Conditions

The work environment is a warehouse with temperature-controlled temperatures, concrete floors, and moderate dust levels.

  • Operational and mechanical aptitude to perform tasks efficiently.
  • The ability to follow work orders, both written and verbal.
  • A keen sense of listening and following verbal instructions accurately.
  • The capacity to work independently or as part of a team on routine and complex tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to diagnose and solve problems related to the job.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with other employees.
  • A willingness to accept supervision and guidance.
  • Experience operating computers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and picking equipment.
  • Flexibility in regards to working hours and a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • The initiative to seek out additional work opportunities within the organization when available.
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to perform various tasks.
  • Normal color vision, correctable to 20/20 if necessary.
