Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Ellicott City, Maryland. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address clients' physical therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Qualifications:
  • A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
