Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents in accordance with their needs.
- Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to team members.
- Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of the rehab team.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
