Salary Range: $ $ /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

As a Radiologic Technologist I, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, operating under the guidance of the technical supervisor and medical director. This role requires proficiency in performing all levels of general diagnostic radiologic procedures. You will also be expected to carry out additional responsibilities as assigned. It is essential to project professionalism in communication, appearance, and conduct while supporting the mission of the Radiology Department.

In this position, you will actively participate in the continuous quality improvement process, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of and adhering to all departmental and organizational policies and procedures. This includes familiarity with specialized equipment, quality control standards, and specific regulatory requirements such as Title 22 and Title 17.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately identify patient information and implement necessary measures tailored to the patient's age.
  • Educate patients and their families about the examination process, ensuring to report any changes in the patient's condition and initiate emergency responses when necessary.
  • Document all patient information accurately in the appropriate hospital systems.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or higher.
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program is mandatory.
  • License Required: State of California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) License & Fluoroscopy Permit. New graduates must obtain fluoroscopy within 6 months of hire.
  • Certifications Required: AHA BLS Certification and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiology certification.
