Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Pediatric Behavioral Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our ABA direct services, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement evidence-based therapy programs for children with ASD.


Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Partner with BCBAs to create personalized ABA therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Engaging Learning Experiences: Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that foster positive growth and development in children with ASD.
  • Communication and Reinforcement: Utilize clear communication and positive reinforcement techniques to help children reach their full potential.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor progress and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness and make informed decisions.
  • Family Support: Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community, ensuring a seamless transition between therapeutic settings.

Requirements
  • Education: Proof of high school graduation or equivalent, with a preference for college enrollment or degree.
  • Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience working with children with ASD or relevant coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or child development.
  • Safety Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors, and move quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
