About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat impairments, including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with our experienced teams to build a program that meets the specific needs of each client.
  • Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program required.
  • Must be certified in the state of California.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and practices, as well as OSHA and infection control regulations.
  • Experience in treatment of neurologically related physical disorders is strongly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, car, and current automobile insurance are required.
