About This Role

The successful candidate will utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to help patients navigate their health journeys, accepting responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish authentic relationships with patients and their support systems.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to help patients navigate their health journeys.
  • Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
  • One year of relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
