Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out process, maintaining accurate records and updating patient information in EMR systems.
- Prepare, assist, and review new patient forms, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for registering and verifying insurance and add-on patients, processing payments and updating financial records.
- Collect copays, deductibles, and co-insurance fees from patients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Data enter and update patient information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Provide administrative support to physicians and other staff members, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Call patients to confirm appointments, sending reminders and notifications as needed.
- Maintain a clean and presentable office/lobby environment, adhering to company standards.
- Bilingual proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.
- PACs experience is highly desirable, with 2 years of experience in a physician practice or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
