Comparative Politics Faculty Positions at the College of the Holy Cross

The Department of Political Science at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for TWO full-time tenure-track Assistant Professors in the area of comparative politics to begin in August 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Introduction to Comparative Politics and upper-division courses in the area of regional and/or thematic expertise.
- Contribute to the College's interdisciplinary programs, such as International Studies; Peace and Conflict Studies; Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies; and other programs housed in the College's Center for Interdisciplinary Studies.
- Develop and maintain a research agenda that aligns with the College's mission and values.
- Engage in service to the Department, College, and broader academic community.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Political Science or a related field by the beginning of the appointment.
- Excellent scholarship and a commitment to effective undergraduate teaching in the context of a liberal arts college.
- A strong research agenda that aligns with the College's mission and values.
- Ability to contribute to the College's interdisciplinary programs and initiatives.
