Middletown Honda is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our dealership.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Process cash transactions, including receiving payments, making change, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards.
- Work collaboratively with sales team members to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
