Position Summary:
Our esteemed Fortune 100 Financial Services client is in search of a Supplier Enablement Spend Analytics Specialist to join a team that enhances the middle market sales process by utilizing industry-standard tools to scrutinize supplier data and produce insightful reports and presentations. This role involves close collaboration with the bank sales team, clients, and suppliers to offer insights and recommendations on supplier enablement strategies and opportunities. You will also be responsible for communicating with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the progress and results of supplier enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform supplier data into suitable formats as required (e.g., Excel, CSV), ensuring completeness and addressing any discrepancies.
- Upload supplier data into the SESA tool and further validate and rectify any issues in the generated reports.
- Prepare summary talking points and compile reports into presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain weekly communication with clients regarding supplier enablement initiatives.
- Advise clients on supplier enablement strategies and supplier segmentation based on internal analyses.
- Engage with internal bank stakeholders to discuss client success metrics.
- Conduct outreach and discussions with key strategic suppliers as necessary.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of client suppliers and commodities that accept commercial cards.
- Coordinate and engage relevant bank resources as needed to support client needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years focused on supplier enablement.
- Proficiency with supplier enablement spend analytics tools.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
- Technically adept with advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
- Ability to create materials for internal or client presentations.
- Located in the northeastern United States to facilitate occasional in-office interactions with the supplier enablement team (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferred).
