**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Patient Preparation:** Position and prepare patients for ultrasound procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* **Equipment Operation:** Use ultrasound machinery to obtain high-quality images of internal structures.
* **Schedule:** 3x12s, 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM, Thursday to Saturday
* **Image Analysis:** Evaluate and interpret ultrasound images to aid in diagnosing conditions and guiding treatment decisions.
* **Documentation:** Keep detailed and accurate records of patient history, procedures performed, and diagnostic findings.
* **Collaboration:** Coordinate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to review results and contribute to patient care plans.
* **Maintenance:** Ensure that ultrasound equipment is well-maintained, calibrated, and report any malfunctions.
* **Patient Education:** Explain procedures to patients, answer their questions, and provide them with follow-up care instructions
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of accredited Radiology or Ultrasound program.
* 1 Year in Ultrasound
* ARRT, or ARDMS
* Provider basic cardiac life support
* Texas Medical Board-MRT or ARDMS
* Maintains professional appearance at all times.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
