  • Maintain customer relationships by resolving issues through effective communication and timely resolution.

  • Manage equipment needs, including tooling for service trucks, through budgeting and capital expense requests.

  • Assist Product Support Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Maintain maximum department profits through expense control and efficiency.

  • Prepare required documentation accurately and timely for company issues and customer quotes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment and product technology.
  • Ability to work with computers and company software.
