Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key member of our Shared Services Center, you will be responsible for executing the Business to Business Collections activities of our Collections department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delinquency Monitoring and Escalation: Monitor and escalate corporate and hotel T&E program payment delinquencies, conduct outreach to cardholders and managers, and report recurring delinquencies to Business Unit heads.
  • Hotel T&E Program Compliance: Monitor hotel T&E payment compliance, identify hotels with high non-compliance rates, and escalate issues to DOF, GM, and America's Finance.
  • Credit Limit Increase Requests: Manage T&E program credit limit increase requests, analyze cardholder transactions, and communicate decisions to cardholders.
  • Commercial Card Program Optimization: Develop and implement programs to ensure optimal use and efficiency of commercial card programs, employ US Bank Optimization tools, and analyze Oracle AP spend reports.
  • Purchasing Card Program Compliance: Identify and report purchasing card program policy compliance issues, escalate violations to hotel DOF, GM, and/or Corporate BU heads.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Facilitate vendor onboarding to maximize potential for electronic/card payment, coordinate with US Bank vendor onboarding team, and communicate virtual pay and P-Card program requirements with vendors.
  • Commercial Card Program Growth: Assist Corporate Treasury and SSC AP management with efforts to grow Hyatt's commercial card programs, develop and manage action plans, and monitor and report spend and financial rebates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to business.
  • Microsoft Office suite, including Excel proficiency.
  • Online banking system and Oracle or alternate ERP experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel periodically to Oklahoma City and Chicago.
  • Professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical ability.
