Job Details

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $17 per hour. Our four-week training program will equip you with the skills needed to succeed in your role.

Your responsibilities as a Patient Experience Coordinator include:

  • Providing exceptional patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and handling payment collection.
  • Managing nightly deposits and credit card processing with precision.
  • Performing additional tasks assigned by the Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an ethical mindset.
  • An ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
