About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospice RN Administrator to join our team at Heartland Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination of patient admissions and ancillary services
  • Direct, supervise, and evaluate hospice personnel and volunteers
  • Coordinate services of all team members and communicate with leadership
  • Promote quality care and continuous quality improvement
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Recommend and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage human resources effectively
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum one year management/supervisory experience in hospice or home health
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care
  • CPR Certification and valid driver's license
