Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables that align with business objectives
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Lead project teams and provide individual-level support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into learning requirements
  • Develop and implement analytics solutions to disseminate data and analysis to reduce risk and enhance operational and people-focused capabilities
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience using learning experience platforms (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
  • Experience conducting learning needs analysis and developing solutions
  • Experience leading project teams and providing individual-level support
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to utilize design tools to create interactive training
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques
