Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.
Responsibilities- Patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Monitor surveillance cameras to prevent and investigate security incidents.
- Respond to emergencies and disturbances, providing assistance to guests and employees as needed.
- Investigate crimes against property and persons, maintaining accurate records and reporting to management or law enforcement.
- Assist sick and injured guests and employees, documenting incidents and following up as necessary.
- Enforce hotel policies and report suspicious activities.
- Check alarm systems, safety, and fire equipment, and monitor the security of building doors, service areas, and delivery areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.85 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, employee discounts, an employee assistance program, and complimentary parking and meals.
