Job Title: Research Analyst III

Rhodes State College is seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst III to join our Institutional Research team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Title III initiatives through data collection, analysis, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, track, and analyze data for grant reporting and compliance
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to inform decision-making
  • Assist with data requests and create data-informed materials to augment resource availability
  • Collaborate with the Title III Grant core team to provide data support
  • Maintain a secure data environment and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and documentation
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and good interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MS SQL Management Studio and relational database technology
  • Working knowledge of higher education administrative systems and data mining
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
