We are currently seeking a driven and diligent individual to take on the role of Admissions Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, demonstrate flexibility, uphold personal integrity, possess strong organizational capabilities, and effectively collaborate with all levels of personnel and support agencies.
The successful applicant will be expected to possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to:
- Oversee the referral and admission process in alignment with the established policies of the organization and state regulations.
- Work in conjunction with the Director of Nursing Services, Executive Director, and Director of Social Services regarding admissions, transfers, and bed management.
- Complete admission documentation with the resident or their responsible party.
- Identify payer sources and clarify any financial responsibilities of the resident.
- Conduct informational tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Coordinate admission services with medical records, nursing, recreation, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
A minimum of a B.A./B.S. in business administration, marketing, social work, or a related field is required, along with prior relevant experience.
