They serve as the primary source of information and communication within the facility, playing a vital role in the daily operations of the hospital.

  • Work closely with the Field Operations Director and veterinarians to maintain high standards of care and operational effectiveness.
  • Optimize staffing, equipment, and supplies to meet patient care needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Encourage teamwork and open communication.
  • Act as a point of contact during emergencies, participating in on-call rotations as necessary.
  • Engage in the recruitment and selection of new staff.
  • Lead hospital meetings and conduct one-on-one discussions with employees and veterinarians.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work around sick animals and potentially hazardous materials.

Education and Experience:
