- Work closely with the Field Operations Director and veterinarians to maintain high standards of care and operational effectiveness.
- Optimize staffing, equipment, and supplies to meet patient care needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Encourage teamwork and open communication.
- Act as a point of contact during emergencies, participating in on-call rotations as necessary.
- Engage in the recruitment and selection of new staff.
- Lead hospital meetings and conduct one-on-one discussions with employees and veterinarians.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work around sick animals and potentially hazardous materials.

Education and Experience:
