Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for this position is driven, customer-oriented, and possesses strong leadership qualities. At W&B, customer service is at the heart of our mission. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and following up on leads. The candidate will keep abreast of industry trends and pinpoint emerging markets, devising strategies to leverage these opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall sales within the designated territory
- Follow up on all quotes to secure sales
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Proactively target customers and prospects for business expansion
- Perform additional duties as required to meet organizational and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Experience with cold-calling and site visits is essential
- Willingness to travel is required
- Strong computer skills are necessary
- Background in the transportation industry is preferred
