Position Summary:
As a Regional Operations Leader, you will be dedicated to achieving operational excellence, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales growth. Your commitment to developing and leading a high-performing team will be crucial in reaching desired objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    Recruit, inspire, and retain a dedicated team of customer-facing employees. Utilize effective communication to coach your team on customer service and sales strategies.
  • Operational Management:
    Oversee physical assets, including maintenance systems, vendor management, and cleanliness standards. Manage delinquent tenant processes, guiding your team to reduce delinquency rates and enhance customer retention.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for customers through your team’s efforts. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Business Growth:
    Utilize analytics to identify trends and develop strategies that capitalize on opportunities within your district. Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and team members.

Benefits:
  • First-year total compensation opportunity of $109,000, including base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonus, and restricted stock units.
  • Potential for second-year performance-based bonus increase of up to $20,000.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams in a retail, service, or hospitality environment. Proven track record of exceptional performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and strong communication and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree is advantageous. Weekend availability by telephone and five work Saturdays per year during peak season may be required.
