About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Star Dental Partners. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in managing the full-cycle recruiting process for dental practice employees, including Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Office Managers, and Front Office team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multi-site dental practices
  • Ensure required documentation and approvals are obtained in advance of opening a search and/or extending offers
  • Strategically source and attract both active and passive candidates using a variety of candidate sourcing tools
  • Work closely with hiring managers as a recruiting liaison for the supported dental practices
  • Maintain open communication with hiring managers to anticipate future staffing needs
  • Research and/or collect content to draft and publish job descriptions
  • Manage each requisition process in an organized and timely manner
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications to assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Consistently and accurately utilize the ATS (iCIMS) to track candidates and requisitions
  • Create and maintain accurate recruiting/analytical reports of deliverables and forecasting data
  • Fulfill weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS); iCIMS preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and general office equipment
