Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop comprehensive financial plans that meet each client's individual needs.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and advice to clients throughout the year, ensuring they remain on track to achieve their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve services and deliver exceptional results for clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Financial Planning required; Master's or Graduate degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in financial planning and wealth management.
  • CFP, CFA, or CPA designation required; currently possess or pursuing the Series 65 securities license.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses based on company and personal performance.
